Middle of winter, non-functioning backup HearthStone propane stove...Colby and Gale came out the very day I called and fixed it !!!  I can't thank them enough.  It's their community spirit, matched with expertise, that I have come to appreciate so very much...thanks again C&G!!!! I transitioned from heating entirely by woodstove for 35 years, to having a brand new furnace in my new house.  Colby and Gale have made the experience a totally positive one, from delivery of oil and propane to service and maintenance of the furnace.  Even a question about my small gas stove didn't mystify them!  I have no idea if the price of oil or propane is cheaper elsewhere, but it wouldn't  be worth the switch.  Colby and Gale is a real community company and it feels that way every time I call! Anyone changing companies or coming to the area and needing suggestions, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend C&G.  I forgot to mention how helpful they were when installing a whole-house generator - the propane tank, connections and revisions later, assistance with the new replacement generator...amazing. I called Colby & Gale in Thursday thinking I would need to be on a long list for service but No they came the next day and our service person was knowledgeable and had our system up and running in a couple of hours. I remembered that I forgot to do that last night after business hours and was out of propane. A neighbor recommended I call Colby & Gail. I didn't even have an account with them, but they were at my door in short order. Their very kind and professional technician even called me enroute which was very reassuring to me.
