- Develop strong relationships with customers and research the market to ensure the success of future sales.
- Follow up on sales leads provided by customer service team, outside dealers, and contractors.
- Calling on perspective customers, and growing our Residential, commercial, retail markets
- Prepare customers quotes for new installations and upgrades.
- Take frequent customer calls with inquiries about pricing and/or purchase of equipment.
- Maintain service and relationships with existing customers.
- Work closely with the CG service manager.
- Occasionally make “cold call” to residential and commercial customers.
- Identify sales and marketing opportunities within our service area.
- Maintain professionalism, integrity, security of information and records as required by the position.
- The ability to build relationships with existing and new customers.
- Be a creative problem-solver, and continuous learner.
- Prepares and confidently presents sales proposals, including pricing and product/service terms to key decision makers. Influences, negotiates, and closed the sale with the best interest of the company and customer in mind.

Fuel Delivery Driver / Immediate Opening

Colby & Gale has an immediate opening for a Full-time fuel delivery driver (heating oil, propane, K-1) to serve our residential and commercial customers in Lincoln and Knox Counties.
This is a FULL TIME POSITION with FULL BENEFITS in a friendly, professional environment.
Requirements
- ME CDL Class B or A license with Hazmat/Tanker endorsement (Required)
- Available to be in the on call rotation.
- Reliable and trustworthy
