Benefits of Automatic Delivery?

Full service means you get a full suite of our options at your disposal.

Worry-Free, Guaranteed Peace of Mind

You will never have to check your tank gauge again or worry about running out of fuel. We use advanced software to track weather conditions and your home’s historical usage, accurately predicting when you need a refill.

Eliminate the Risk of Run-Outs

When you run out of fuel on Will-Call, you typically incur emergency delivery fees and restart charges. With Automatic Delivery, your fuel is always delivered on our regular route schedule, meaning you save money by avoiding costly emergency calls.

Priority Service in Severe Weather

Our Automatic Delivery customers receive priority scheduling during heavy storms, extended cold snaps, and severe weather events. We ensure our most vulnerable customers are taken care of first when delivery conditions are challenging.

We cannot track the propane your generator consumes. If it runs for an extended period, you must check your tank level manually to avoid running out. A tank monitor removes this hassle and keeps your deliveries truly automatic.

What Is Will Call?

Take charge of your fuel schedule. Will-Call puts you in control, but requires diligent monitoring of your tank level.

Full Control Over Your Schedule

Will-Call is ideal for customers who want to personally manage their fuel levels and delivery timing. You have full control over when you call us to request a delivery.

Personal Responsibility for Monitoring

Unlike Automatic Delivery, with Will-Call, you are fully responsible for checking your tank gauge regularly. You must call us to schedule a delivery when your tank reaches 30% full.

No Predictable Pricing or Budgeting

Your fuel purchases are made in larger, less frequent intervals, which can make personal budgeting unpredictable. Automatic customers often have access to budget plans or price protection options that are not available to Will-Call customers.

Risk of Run-Outs and Fees

If you allow your tank to drop below 20% or run out entirely, you may incur emergency delivery fees and system restart charges. During peak season or severe weather, Will-Call delivery times can be longer due to high demand.
